When and as you wash your hands before a meal

(From the Zohar)]  When and as you wash your hands before a meal – say this:

“A fountain of blessings art Thou, Master of all,

who sanctifies us with Your teachings

and invites us to raise our hands in sacred service.”

Then take your hands out from under the running water (flowing Torah) and lift your arms and hands high in the air above your head  — if you “really” want to be doing sacred service, because watch out, many opportunities will start coming and coming.

My whole life changed remarkably after I began this prayerful affirmation and dedication. Soon I began using this prayer-affirmation and hands and arms movement, not just before meals, but “every time”  I washed my hands or my body thru the day. Sometimes I cant even get past the first few words — “A fountain of blessings art Thou” —  without being overcome.
